Pudlo is available for 2009 in french. Chefs move, restaurants change hands- often without changing names- quality goes up and down so a reference that is one year behind is far behind. Better to read restaurant reviews if you want to know what is worth investing in today. And you should note that to actually use this book you need a map (if you're not a Parisian)-there isn't one in the book- in order to find out where the restaurants are located. Most restaurants I was interested in were in the book and the reviews give the necessary details as well as hints at the decor and type of food offered. I would recommend this book, although I suspect that the 2009-2010 edition will be out sometime in the near future.
